Ingredient Properties

Licorice: Acts as a soothing agent and helps calm the mind and body, resulting in a better-quality sleep.

Mint: Menthol found in mint plants has decongestant properties and soothing action, which helps reduce pain in the body, making it an ideal ally against colds and flu.

Cardamom: Helps to avoid stress.

Coriander: It is a source of fiber, manganese, iron and magnesium.

Pepper: It is considered an important therapeutic spice in Ayurveda.

It has laxative and antioxidant properties and improves bioavailability – delivers the benefits of other herbs to various parts of the body, and boosts as well as the free flow of oxygen to the brain.

Dried ginger: Helps in digestion, nausea, loss of appetite and the common cold.

Ideal way of preparation

Use fresh water.

Boil the water.

Use 1 teaspoon per cup.

Wait for 3-5 minutes or more, depending on how strong you want your tea. But be careful; the more you wait, the bitter your tea.

You can add honey for extra sweetness. Adding milk is not suggested.

To keep it fresh, store your tea in a cool and dry place.
