Ingredient Properties

Rose: Helps to avoid stress and leaves a sensation of freshness.

Licorice: It works as a soothing agent and helps calm the mind and body.

Ginger: Helps in digestion, nausea, loss of appetite and the common cold.

Cardamom: Useful in the treatment of digestive problems such as bloating, heartburn and constipation.

Cinnamon: Helps lower blood sugar levels and reduce risk factors for heart conditions.

Fennel: Used as a treatment for flatulence and indigestion.

Ideal way of preparation

Use fresh water.

Boil the water.

Use 1 teaspoon per cup.

Wait for 3-5 minutes or more, depending on how strong you want your tea. But be careful; the more you wait, the bitter your tea.

You can add honey for extra sweetness. Adding milk is not suggested.

To keep it fresh, store your tea in a cool and dry place.
