Ideal way of preparation
Use fresh water.
Boil the water.
Use 1 teaspoon per cup.
Wait for 3-5 minutes or more, depending on how strong you want your tea. But be careful; the more you wait, the bitter your tea.
You can add honey for extra sweetness. Adding milk is not suggested.
To keep it fresh, store your tea in a cool and dry place.
Maximum recommended consumption: 3 times a day.
